Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times & Rates

Domestic (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: $6.50–$8.00 | 5–8 business days after processing
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $49

International (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, New Zealand, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark):

  • Standard International Shipping: $14.99 | 5–8 business days after processing
  • Free International Shipping on orders over $150

Heavy & Bulky Equipment (vibration plates, treadmills, squat racks, weight benches):

  • Free Shipping within the contiguous United States | 7–14 business days after processing

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship heavy or bulky items to P.O. Boxes. International shipping is currently available to select countries only.
